ARTIST’S STUDIOS

BRS seeks to expand and develop artistic opportunities with and for Los Angeles-based creative practitioners and is committed to supporting community initiatives, cultivating an environment of reflective and meaningful dialogue around issues of access, diversity, and artist’s roles within the broader ecology of our city.

Lot Size: approx. 20,000 sq. ft.
Building Size: approx. 10,000 sq. ft.
Studio Sizes: 200–700 sq. ft.
Studio Rent: $500–1,000 per month
Rental Terms: flexible
Move-In Cost: One month’s rent and security deposit
Studios Include: Gated parking, utilities, Wi-Fi, some storage space, multiple bathrooms, security, use of shared common areas.
Common Areas: Large kitchen, project room/gallery, entrance lounge, wide corridors and staircases, and outdoor-garden area.
